Information on Purchases

Additional Fees: Shipping fees are required in addition to the product price. However, shipping is free for orders over 7,500 yen. (Only applicable within Japan)

Delivery Method: Typically shipped via Click Post, but this may change.
Order Method: Orders are placed using the shopping cart on our site. Registering as a member allows for a smoother purchase process.
Age Restriction: Sales to those under 20 years of age are prohibited.
Order Confirmation Email: To receive emails regarding orders, please set your email to accept messages from (info@zenherb.life).
Payment Method: We only accept bank transfers.
Payment Deadline: Please check the date specified in the cart. For bank transfers, please make the payment within 3 days of the order date. Orders will be canceled if the payment is not received within this period.
Product Shipping: Generally, orders and payment confirmations made by 11 AM are shipped on the next but one business day. However, shipping may be delayed in cases of high order volume or stock availability.
Returns & Exchanges: If there is a defect in the product or if it differs from what was ordered, please contact us. However, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer's preference.
